Garden City, N.Y. - Adelphi University senior Amy Williams (Bloomington, IN) has been named Northeast-10 (NE-10) Libero of The Week as announced by the conference office on November 2. This is the second honor of the season for Williams.

Williams helped the Panthers to a 2- 0 week, that included wins over UMass-Lowell (3-1) and Merrimack (3-0). In two matches she accumulated 47 digs, including 30 in the Panthers victory over the Riverhawks. She averaged 6.71 digs per game on the weekend.

Adelphi returns to action on Tuesday, November 3 when they travel to Lakeland, New Jersey for a 7:00 pm meeting with Georgian Court.
