Erie, PA - Adelphi University senior Amy Williams (Bloomington, IN) has been named Northeast-10 (NE-10) Libero of The Week as announced by the conference office on August 31. This is the first honor for Williams this season and the first NE-10 award for the department.

Williams led the Panthers with 78 digs over four games while in Hawaii, helping Adelphi to a 1-3 record on the week. She also chipped in five service aces to go along with two 20+ dig efforts, posting 22 digs against both Chaminade and BYU-Hawaii and averaged 4.33 digs per game.

Adelphi returns to action on September fourth when they travel to Erie, Pennsylvania to compete in the Gannon/Mercyhurst Invitational.
