Flushing, N.Y. - The Adelphi women's tennis team traveled to Flushing, New York yesterday, October 11 to challenge defending champion Queens College for the NYCAC Team Title. The Panthers never really got going, falling 5-0 to Queens.

Queens swept the first five of nine scheduled matches to secure the win. In securing the team title Queens dropped just six sets to Adelphi.

The Panthers finished the season with an overall record of 7-5 and posted a mark of 5-2 in conference play.
