Brookville, N.Y. - Adelphi swept the doubles matches en route to a 7-2 victory over conference rival C.W. Post. The win evens Adelphi's overall record at 3-3-1 and raises their conference mark to 3-2.

Claudia Nunez (Aventura, Florida) won both her singles match (6-1, 6-1) and her doubles match with partner Leigh Fennessey (Saratoga, N.Y.) to lead the way for Adelphi. Rebecca Gnessin (Woodbury, N.Y.) and Janine Canale (Queensbury, N.Y.) also won both of their matches.

Adelphi returns to action on Wednesday, October 6th, when they continue a stretch of five games in six days at Concordia College.
