Garden City, N.Y. - The Adelphi women's tennis team swept Molloy, 7-0, Thursday afternoon.

The dominant performance was led by Claudia Nunez at first singles (6-0, 6-0). She was one of six Pantherss to win at singles: Leigh Fennessey, Rebecca Gnessin, Claudette Frysztadi, Janine Canale and Melissa Pashayan also recorded victories.

Nunez and Fennessey teamed up to win at first doubles (8-1) while Gnessin and Melissa Kutner and Mary Hepkins and Geisha Rodriquez also recorded doubles wins.

The women improved their season record to 2-2-1.
