Garden City, N.Y. - The Adelphi University Women's Tennis team opened the 2002 campaign with a solid victory over conference foe C.W. Post, Tuesday afternoon.

The Panthers defeated the Pioneers, 7-0, and move to a 1-0 overall record.

Adelphi will next play against Concordia College Thursday, September 12 at 4:p.m. at Bronxville, N.Y.
