Garden City, N.Y. - Freshman goalie Josephine Coiro (West Babylon, N.Y./West Babylon) was named this week's ECAC Division II Goaltender of the Week. This is her second ECAC weekly honor.

Coiro stopped 25 shots in Adelphi University's victory over Saint Anslem. She picked up 16 saves against Montclair State University and eight saves on 13 shots against Farleigh Dickinson University, Madison. For the week, Coiro had 49 saves, 16 goals against for a .754 save percentage.

Coiro joins the women's lacrosse team (10-2) on Thursday, April 25 hosting Philadelphi University (6-9) at 4:00 p.m. at Stiles Field.
