April 13, 2002 North Andover, Mass. - Katherine Hock (Mineola, N.Y.) scored with 43 seconds remaining in the fourth overtime period to lift Adelphi (6-2) to a 10-9 win over Merrimack (3-7). Hock netted a total three goals and Catherine Perez (Lyndurst, N.J.) and Karen Sulinski (Huntington, N.Y.) added two apice in the win. Alisa Arakelian (Wayland, Mass.), Stacey Cooper (New Haven, Conn.) and MaryBeth Hull (Pine Beach, N.J.) each scored twice in the loss for Merrimack. Cooper scored with 7:46 remaining in regulation to give the Warriors a 9-7 lead. Hock answered nine seconds later to pull the visiting Panthers within one. Sulinski then tied it with 2:59 left in the second half, forcing overtime. Josephine Corio (West Babylon, N.Y.) made 18 saves for Adelphi while Cara Welch (Sandwich, Mass.) stopped 19 for Merrimack.
