Garden City, N.Y. - Freshman Allison Tumulty was named the East Coast Conference Women's Lacrosse Rookie of the Year and is one of eight Panther players to be selected.

Tumulty ranked third on the team in goals (27) and fifth in points (29) and was named ECC Rookie of the Week (4/22).

In addition to Tumulty, the first-team selection include seniors Lauren Giordano, Diana Lopez and Lauren Lopez along with junior Jennifer Fucich and sophomore Rachel Ray. Seniors Meghan Blume and Allyson Murphy received second-team honors.
