Garden City, N.Y. - Adelphi University freshman defender Danielle Demola (Holtsville, N.Y.) was named to the Northeast-10 Conference All-Championship team, it was announced Sunday. The freshman defender was also recognized by the conference by being named to the All-Rookie Team for her efforts this season. Demola finished the season with one assist and three defensive saves, while also starting in all 20 games for the Panthers. The Panthers finished the season with a 12-8 overall mark, while going 7-3 in conference play during the regular season.
