Field Hockey Caps Off Season With A Win

The Panthers played host to the Griffins of Seton Hill University this afternoon at Competition Field. The Griffins got on the board first, but Adelphi responded shortly after to tie the game at one. The rest of the first half went back and forth with the Panthers holding a 3-2 advantage going into the second half. The latter part of the match was dominated by the Panthers as they extended the lead by putting up two more goals for a 5-2 victory in their final game of the season. With the win, the Panthers finish the season 3-7 while the Griffins drop to 6-11. [+]
