The Adelphi University Field Hockey team has been ranked 10th in the 2010 Kookaburra/NFHCA Division II Preseason Poll, it was announced Tuesday. UMass Lowell (3rd), Stonehill College (4th), and Bentley University (7th) also represented the NE-10 in the national poll. [+]

The Adelphi University field hockey team concluded their 10-day trip thru Holland, Belgium, and Germany on August 17, having played six games in 10 days. The Panthers returned to campus and will continue preparations for the 2010 season opener, which will be September 4 against Seton Hill. [+]
