The Adelphi University men's tennis team finished the 2003 season ranked No. 7 in the final Northeast Regional Poll. The Panthers made their first-ever team appearance at the NCAA Division II Tennis Championships in May, 2003.

Adelphi fell to Assumpton College, 5-0, in the first round and finished the season with a 8-9 overall record.
