Molotsky wins in doubles and singles matches

Fairfield, CT - In an exhibition match against the Sacred Heart University Pioneers, Adelphi Men's Tennis fell 5-4. Despite facing NCAA Division I competition, the Panthers took two out of three in doubles competition, while seeing two matches where only two games were the difference in the loss.

Tomasz Walczak and Alex Molotsky opened up the doubles with a win nine games to eight and seven games to four. Leo Bruno and Sebastina Nieves also saw victory with an 8-1 victory over tandem John Harvey and Bryan Rodgers. Molotsky also was victorious in his singles match, winning 7-5, and 6-1 over Bryan Rodgers.

The Panthers will continue their exhibition schedule when they go up against Bryant College, October 6.
