Hempstead, N.Y. - The Adelphi men's tennis team came away with an 8-1 victory as they hosted Caldwell College, April 23. Adelphi ends the season on a positive note, picking up the victory and improving to 5-4 overall. The Panthers finish with a conference record of 1-4. The loss drops the Cougars to 3-3. Tomasz Walczak, Nicolas Sanchez, and Alex Molotsky each held their opponents scoreless in the first, second and fourth flight singles. Walczak defeated Chris Costa 6-0, 6-0. Sanchez took down Chris Laciura with identical scores. Molotsky picked up a 6-0, 6-0 win over Amirpasha Zandieh. |
