Sparkill, N.Y. - The Adelphi men's tennis team traveled to Sparkill, New York to compete against NYCAC foe St. Thomas Aquinas on March 26. The Panthers came away with an 8-1 win to improve to 1-1 overall and 1-1 in the NYCAC.

Both Adelphi's second and third flight doubles teams found themselves down 7-3 in the early going. But amazingly both teams were able to battle back. Brandin O'Connell and Chris Lee (Mineola, N.Y.) came away with an 8-7 (7-5) win, while Jason Blaustein and Gary Hampel picked up a 9-7 win.

Adelphi returns to action on Wednesday, March 30 when they host Mercy College at 2:30 pm.
