Head Coach Ed Canner Announces Spring Schedule

Head Coach Ed Canner, in his second year at the helm of the Adelphi Men's Tennis squad, has announced his spring championship schedule for the 2008-2009 season. The racketmen's schedule is as diverse as it is challenging, ranging from non-conference opponents like Knox College of Illinois to nationally ranked, East Coast Conference (ECC) rivals Concordia College. Men's and Women's Tennis Excited To Return Home To Adelphi

Three years ago the Adelphi men's and women's tennis squads gave up their home court advantage for the construction of the new Center for Sports and Recreation and renovation of Historic Woodruff Hall; Tuesday, September, 23 2008 they get their home courts back when they host the Queens College Knights. For a third of a decade the Panthers have had to handle competing on a varsity level, while also managing the adversity of traveling off campus for not only away and home matches, but for regular practices too.
