Drew Earns All-Region Honors

Padraig Drew was named first-team All-Region by the NSCAA.

Freshman forward Padraig Drew (Dublin, Ireland) was named first-team All-New York Region as announced today by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA).

Drew, who appeared in all 18 games, was third on the team in scoring with nine points, but was the team's assist leader with five on the season. Named an Atlantic Soccer Conference (ASC) Rookie of the Week earlier in the season, Drew was also named second-team all-conference.

The Panthers finished the 2002 season 5-12-1 overall and 3-2 in the Atlantic Soccer Conference.
