Garden City, N.Y. - Senior goalkeeper Igor Yatsenko and freshman forward Padraig Drew each picked up Atlantic Soccer Conference (ASC) honors. Yatsenko was named ASC Goalie of the Week, while Drew picked up ASC Freshman of the Week honors.

Yatsenko posted a shutout in the lone game of the week for the Panthers, a 1-0 conference victory at Philadelphia University on October 5th. He collected seven saves in registering his first shutout of the season, helping Adelphi to their second win in three games.

Drew netted his first career goal in helping the Panthers defeat Philadelphia, for the team's first ASC victory of the season. The goal came off a direct kick early in the contest, staking Adelphi to a lead it would never relinquish.

Adelphi, 3-7-0 overall and 1-1 in the ASC, returns to conference action on Saturday, hosting Howard University at 12:00 noon.
