Green Named USILA Attackman and Player of The Year

Garden City, N.Y. - The accolades continue to roll in for Adelphi senior Wes Green (Adelaide, Australia). For the second season in a row Green was honored by the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association (USILA) with the Lt. Col. Jack Turnbull award, given to the top attackman in Division II, he was also awarded the Lt. Raymond J. Enners, as the top player in Division II.

In addition to those awards, Green was also named an USILA First-Team All-America, his third All-America selection, and garnered Scholar All-America status for his prowess in the classroom and on the field.

Green led the Panthers in goals (62) and points (79), helping the Panthers to a record of 8-5 and a national ranking of sixth.
