Green Participates in USILA North-South Game

 
 

 
Green led the Panthers to an 8-5 record this past season.

Garden City, N.Y. - Adelphi University attackman, Wes Green (Adelaide, Australia) took part in the United States Intercollegiate Lacrosse Association's (USILA) prestigious North-South All-Star game on Friday, May 26. The make-up of the teams was changed this year, pitting players from Division I and Division II schools against those from Division III teams.

Green, a member of the Division I and II laden North team, scored two goals, to help lead the North to a 17-6 win. Hofstra defenseman Brett Moyer was named the game Most Valuable Player.

The Panthers closed out the 2006 season with a record of 8-5 overall and a national ranking of sixth.
