Garden City, N.Y. - Adelphi University junior Matt Dispensa recently posted a blog on the NCAA Double-A Zone.

"The sun is not fully shining at 6 a.m. It is still dark out and the campus is quiet. The Adelphi University Cross Country teams are the only people in the parking lot, and awake for that matter. This is the beginning of our day as athletes. We all warm up and stretch, and then do our run or workout. After a post run stretch and cool down to end practice, we then start the day at 8 a.m. as students. All that is left to do in the day is go to class." Click here for complete blog.
