2007: Ran two meets for the panthers...finished eighth out of division II runners at the Hofstra Invitational while clocking a personal best of 30:07.

Riverhead High School: Four year member of the cross-country and a three year member of the track and field team...track and field captain and all-league selection junior and senior year...captain and all-league cross-country honoree as a senior...academic all-county selection senior season...participated in one year of varsity tennis, earning all-league honors...member of the National Honor Society and a College Board AP Scholar...earned the Outstanding Student Award...member of the key club, French club and relay for life.
