2007: Ran in six meets for the Panther's... set a personal best time in the 5k at the Albany Cross Country Invitational stopping the clock at 20:24...placed 10th at the ECC Conference meet.

2006: Competed in six meets...set a personal best at the ECAC Championship meet at Van Courtland Park with a time of 21:20.

2005: Competed in all six races, posting four top-50 results...set a personal best of 21:46 over 5K at the conference championship meet...also set a personal best over 6K at the NCAA Northeast Regional (25:46).

2004: Recorded two top-50 finishes...placed 27th at the NYCAC championship...ran a collegiate best time of 22:18 at the Albany Invitational.

At Sachem: Four-year member of the varsity cross-country and indoor track teams...three-year member of the varsity outdoor track team...three-time outstanding underclassmen distance runner...indoor track all-league selection junior year...cross-country all-league selection senior year...outstanding female athlete nominee senior year...section II gold key club member...two-time sportsmanship award winner...PTA scholarship and Citizen's award recepiant...member of student government.
