2006: Recorded five top-35 finishes...placed 3rd at the ECC Championship meet (26:58)...set a new personal best at the Albany Invitational with a time of 26:18 over 8k... finished 23rd (32:56) at the DII Northeast Regional meet.

2005: Recorded two top-25 finishes...placed 20th at the NYCAC Championship meet (29:15)...set a new personal best over 8K at the Tidewater Fall Classic (28:01).

2004: Recorded two top-50 finishes...placed 20th overall at the NYCAC championship meet (30:13)...set a personal collegiate best of 29:53 for 8K at the Albany Invitational.

At Archbishop Molloy: Four-year member of the varsity cross-country team...four-year member of the varsity indoor and outdoor track team...captain of indoor and outdoor track teams senior year...cross-country scholar-athlete...received academic first honors...alumni representative for the class of 2004.
