2007: Placed in the top-30 three times...ran her personal best at the Albany Invitational (10/13) with a time of 19:31...placed 12th at the ECC meet and 2nd at the Hofstra invitational.

2006: Recorded her fastest time at the Albany Invitational stopping the clock at 21:11...was the team's sixth scorer at the ECC Conference meet placing 11th overall.

2005: Adelphi's top runner in all six meets, including four top-25 showings...placed in the top-10 at the William Paterson Invitational (sixth) and the conference championships (ninth)...set a personal best over 5K at the NYCAC Championship meet (21:17) and set a personal best over 6K at the Tidewater Fall Classic (24:13).

2004: Recorded three top-50 finishes...placed 16th at the NYCAC championship meet, missing out on all-conference honors by one place...ran a collegiate best time of 21:36 for 5K at the Albany Invitational.

At Wantagh: Four-year member of the varsity cross-country, indoor and outdoor track teams...member of the National Foreign Language Honor Society.

Personal: Daughter of Charles and Maria Coelho...plans on majoring in elementary education...has one sister, Vanessa and one brother, Andrew.
