Garden City, N.Y. - The Adelphi University track and field team will host open tryouts on Tuesday, December 2, from 5:00 p.m.-7:00 p.m. in the Center for Recreation and Sport.

Prior to Try-out:

Contact Head Coach Adam Siepiola at siepiola@adelphi.edu
-provide your name/contact information (cell phone #, address, graduation year)/social security number (to verify that you are in good academic standing)
-Drop off to Adam proof of a physical in the last six months (Center for Recreation and Sport, Room 226)

Day of Try-out:

-There will be a short meeting
-come dressed to run indoors or outdoors (weather permitting)
-The try-out will consist of a short warm-up/drills/a short timed run
