Feb. 13, 2004 Sea Cliff, N.Y. - The New York Collegiate Athletic Conference (NYCAC) and the University of New Haven will host the conference indoor track and field championships on Sunday, February 22, at Cox Cage on the campus of Yale University. The field events will begin at 11:00 a.m. with the weight throw, m/w long jump and m/w pole vault, with the shot put immediately following the weight throws. The distance medley relay will kick of the running events at 12:45 p.m. Points will be awarded to the top six finishers. Awards plaques will be presented to the top men's and women's teams at the conclusion of the meet. Following the meet, results will be posted on www.plattsys.com/ptstrack.htm. In 2003, the New York Institute of Technology men's track team and the women's LIU-C.W. Post track team took home top honors at the inaugural New York Collegiate Athletic Conference (NYCAC) Indoor Track Championships, held at the 168th St. Armory in New York, New York.
