Princeton, NJ - The Adelphi track and field team traveled to Princeton, New Jersey on Saturday, December 8 to compete in the Princeton New Year's Invitational. The Panthers posted a total of seven top-10 finishes at the meet, three by the women and four by the men.

On the women's side Danielle Lyons and Jen Malenovsky posted individual top-10 finishes. Lyons placed sixth overall in the 1000 meter run, stopping the clock at 3:05.32, while Malenovsky took home ninth in the 3000 meter run with a time of 10:55.58.

The women's 4x400 meter relay also slipped into the top-10, as Morgan Russel, Megan Murphy, Elise Maniguet and Lyons combined to place tenth in 4:18.17.

The men's four top-10's were all individual effots, led by Aaron Warner and Obed Bienne who placed seventh (2:40.61) and ninth (2:45.36) in the 1000 meter run. Matt Dispensa claimed tenth in the 3000 meter run as he cross the line in 9:15.44, while Daryl Lewis picked up ninth in the shot put with a toss of 13.84 meters (45-5).

Adelphi will return to action on Saturday, January 12 when they travel to New Haven, Connecticut to compete in the Yale Invitational.
