Kutztown, Penn. - Freshman Stephanie Henderson finished second in the mile in a time of 5:25.43 to lead the Adelphi track team at the Bears' Den Invitational in Kutztown, Penn. on Friday night.

Teammate Katie DiPietro also ran well, finishing in fourth in 5:27.90. Senior Heather Ratana ran a personal best in the 55m hurdles, placing fifth overall in 9.53.

The men's 4x800 relay team placed third in a time of 8:26.92, just behind DeSales University's 8:26.74. Mike Marzano was the top individual finisher, placing fifth in the 500 meters in 1:11.12. John Loehr and Ryan Soltan placed sixth in the mile run and the 3000 meters, respectively.

Adelphi is back in action next Saturday, traveling to East Orange, N.J. for the Seton Hall Invitational.
