2008-09: Won the indoor CTC 5k and placed third outdoors...set a personal best over 5k at the New Balance Collegiate meet (2/6) with a time of 15:08...ran at the PENN Relays (4/23) and set a personal best in the 10k with a time of 31:26...won the Coastal Carolina 10k (3/19).

2007-08: Ran a personal best of 4:33 in the mile at the Great Dane Classic (1/25)...set a new personal best in the 5k at the New Balance Collegiate Meet with a time of 15:33 (2/9)...placed 3rd in the 3k at the Indoor CTC Championship meet with a personal best of 8:55 (2/10)...placed 2nd at the Outdoor CTC Meet in the 5k (4/20).

2006-07: Clocked in at 4:39 for the mile at the Yale Invitational (1/15)...ran a personal best of 15:34 in the 5k at the Boston Terrier Classic (1/29)...placed 5th at the Outdoor CTC meet in the 10k with a time of 33:30 (4/21)...placed 3rd in the 5k and 4th in the 3k at the Indoor CTC Championship meet with respective times of 15:49 and 9:02 (2/10-11).

2005-06: Did not run.

2004: Recorded two top-50 finishes...placed 20th overall at the NYCAC championship meet (30:13)...set a personal collegiate best of 29:53 for 8K at the Albany Invitational.

Archbishop Molloy: Four-year member of varsity cross-country team...four-year member of varsity indoor and outdoor track team...captain of indoor and outdoor track teams senior year...cross-country scholar-athlete...received academic first honors...alumni representative for the class of 2004.

Personal: Son of Paul and Christine Dispensa...graduated with an MBA in Business Management...enjoys lifting weights, baseball and basketball in free time...has one brother Paul and one sister Janine.
