Thiells, N.Y. - Adelphi placed fifth at the St. Thomas Aquinas Invite which took place October 25th to the 26th. The invite was held at the Concord Resort in Thiells, NY, par for the 6,990 yard course was 72. Adelphi combined for a 671 (345-326) which was 33 strokes off the pace set by host St. Thomas Aquinas who won the invite with a combined score of 638. The Panthers were led by Kevin Loftus who finished tied for 13th with a 166 (83-83). Sean Cahalare and John Seifert also finished in the top 20. Cahalare shot a 167 (88-79) to finish tied for 16th and Seifert finished 20th with a two-day total of 168 (86-82). The St. Thomas Aquinas Invite wraps up the fall schedule for the Panthers, their best finish came at the ECAC Championships were the Panthers claimed fourth place.
