Garden City, N.Y. - The Department of Intercollegiate Athletics is soliciting nominations for the 37th Annual Athletic Hall of Fame. The deadline for submission is December 31, 2008.

The Hall of Fame dinner honors and recognizes deserving athletic alumni, coaches, friends and supporters of Adelphi athletics. Up to eight individuals may be inducted in a given year in addition to special recognition awards. To date, membership stands at 176 inductees. The upcoming dinner will take place on Thursday, April 16, 2009.
