Adelphi University student-athletes hosted children from the Winthrop University Hospital Cancer Center in a Fun Fest on Sunday, August 27 in the Ruth S. Harley University Center.

The children were treated to carnival games, give aways prizes and food. The university presented Winthrop University Hospital with a check in the amount of $7,253.50 for the recycled cans that were collected on campus during the 2005-06 season.
