The Second Annual Janet L. Ficke Golf Classic is scheduled for July 24, 2006 at the Harbor Links Golf Course in Port Washington, N.Y. Foursomes are still available but are going fast! All proceeds from the classic will benefit women's athletics at Adelphi. Last year's proceeds were used towards the funding of the Janet L. Ficke Softball Field dedication. A special invitation goes out to all women's soccer alumni in honor of the 25th anniversary of women's soccer at Adelphi. Tickets are $250 for individual and $1000 for foursomes and include the following: If you plan on attending cocktails and dinner only, the cost is $100. Registration and fees must be received by July 10, 2006. Prizes raffle tickets and 50/50 raffle tickets will be sold throughout the day. Sponsorship opportunities are still available and significantly defray costs, ensuring the event's success.
