Garden City, N.Y. - Junior Wes Green (Adelaide, Australia) and senior Katherine Hock (Mineola, N.Y.) have been named Adelphi's Athletes of The Week for the week of April 19, 2005.

Green helped the #5 Panthers to bounce back and end a two-game skid with a 10-9 win over #4 NYIT. Green led the Panthers with five goals in the contest, all coming in the third quarter, four of which were scored in a span of 3:31. For his efforts Green was named NYCAC Player of The Week.

Adelphi returns to action on Saturday, April 23 when they travel to Syracuse, New York for a 1:00 pm match-up with top ranked Le Moyne.

Hock scored a career-high nine goals to help Adelphi rout New Haven, 18-1. Hock's nine goals breaks her own single game school record of eight, which she set against Philadelphia on April 19, 2004. She is now just four goals shy of 200 for her career.

The Panthers return to action on Thursday, April 21, when they play host to visiting Philadelphia at 4:00 pm.
